The staff are a truly amazing group! They are attentive to any need or desire. The Ciasa Salares is the perfect mountain escape with an incredibly beautiful view. The food and drink at all of the dining options is top notch. I was sad to leave, but we are looking forward to our next visit.

Gratzi Ciasa Salares!!!

We LOVED Ciasa Salares! The staff is fantastic (more on this below). The property is beautiful and so well maintained with such great care. Our room was really nice (and the view!) and it was so nice to sleep with the door and window open with the cool, fresh air. Our breakfast each morning was phenomenal (so many delicious choices), we loved our happy hour routine each day, and we had two great dinners at the hotel (one in main dining, one in the wine cellar.....what a special experience, complete with cheese and chocolate rooms). We also loved our afternoon spa experience (circuit) each day after hiking....multiple different types of saunas, natural hot tub, etc. All this said, it was the staff that made our overall experience a 10+. Every single person was delightful. Their service, whether at breakfast, happy hour, dinner, housekeeping, front desk was truly 5-star. Speaking of front desk staff, not only did they make us feel at home, but their hiking recommendations were perfect. Of all the places we could have stayed in the Dolomites, we could not have been more fortunate than to discover Ciasa Salares!

This time the outside fareplace did not worked. Very high prices. No iron and iron table in the room which is absolutely inconvenient.

Excellent hotel

The staff was great! The hotel is in a spectacular location. The room was clean and very comfortable. The infrastructure is excellent, and the breakfast is awesome.

They should consider replacing the TVs with smart TVs. It was disappointing not to be able to watch Netflix in my room. The breakfast is amazing, but having to ask someone to bring you coffee and juice is not so good. It would be great if I could get them myself.

Lovely stay

Hotel very nice situated close to the village, quiet with great views. Staff was very friendly and well informed about the area, good tips about hiking trails, and sightseeing spots. Also, staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat with Domenico at dinner time.

No complimentary coffee and tea in the room, even though we knew, for such a high standard hotel, it would be a nice extra.

The service is par to none. Beautiful, idillic and relaxing.

Everything! You get what you pay for, but the staff went above and beyond. I left a note when booking the hotel that I was on my honeymoon. They upgraded us to a suite and left us cookies in the room. The included breakfast was high quality, plentiful, and offered a wide array of options. We ate at one of the hotels restaurants two nights in a row. The food again was fresh, high quality and delicious. If you love natural wine, the selection offered at dinner will blow your mind. The spa (which is included) is not to be missed. We spend a rainy day in the pool, Turkish baths, infared light sauna. I will absolutely be coming back and you should too. (Btw, we went in between the busy season and practically had the hotel to ourselves).

Perfect!!!!!

Everything! It’s beautiful!! The mountains are practically in the backyard. The rooms are very clean, attractively decorated and comfortable with lots of closet space. The restaurant is fantastic and the staff are very attentive. You never want or wait for anything because the servers are fantastic! We really cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed their service and how enjoyable they were. The breakfast is great with so many choices and dinners were delicious! The grounds are impeccably maintained and picturesque. A trail is accessible just across the street and we hiked to the mountains. Hopped in the car and took a beautiful drive to lots of small towns nearby. Had a drink on the deck at a charming place called Bar Heidi Wine Beer & Friends in Arabba Italy. Hotel Ciasa Salares was an incredible place to stay and we plan to gift a stay to family who just got married.

Everything. There is a lot of parking space near the hotel so very accessible. The staff were warm, welcoming and very kind from the very first moment and throughout. The room was amazing, very big and comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view. The facilities (spa, pool) were great and free of charge. You can also book a massage (not free) in advance. The breakfast was AMAZING!! They have everything you can think of and in very high quality. Again, the staff were amazing. The hotel has a bar and also a restaurant if you feel like spending your evening inside. Would definitely recommend the restaurant in the wine cellar! Can't wait to go back again!

the room had cleaned badly gym is workin only from 7:30 till 20, it completely not convinient. no any conditioner for hair in the room, the hairdryer is week. high prices. you can not do coffee if you want to meet with sunrice, no any facilities in the room
